For over 30 years, I’ve supported women through thresholds of change—helping them reconnect to what’s true, align their lives with it, and lead from that deeper center.
My work blends decades of experience in spiritual development, somatic therapy, conscious business, and feminine leadership. But more than that, it’s rooted in presence. I listen. I ask questions that reveal clarity. I help women soften into the truth they already know, and move forward with strength and soul intact.
