As an Intuitive Business Strategist, my approach to business and leadership is rooted in the understanding that success and prosperity reflect far more than strategy, planning, and outward action alone. They reflect our consciousness and the way we lead our lives.

My Professional Background

I’ve spent more than three decades supporting entrepreneurs and leaders through seasons of growth, reinvention, and transition. And, I’ve been a successful entrepreneur in the wellness and personal growth field for my entire adult life.

I work as a somatic healer, business and sales trainer, consultant, inspirational speaker, and curriculum designer, supporting individuals and organizations in bringing meaningful ideas into form.

My professional experience includes serving as a past Director of the Women’s Business Center in Northern California, business faculty member at College of the Siskiyous, co-founder and president of the Center for Transformational Leadership, and an online training specialist supporting the launch of new economic development programs.

In 2019, I developed The Business Soul Map™ Framework, a holistic approach and visual guide to business growth that integrates practical strategy, personal alignment, creativity, and authentic marketing.

Alongside my professional work, I have spent decades studying and practicing modalities related to embodiment, communication, and human potential. My work today reflects the integration of these worlds.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that meaningful success is built from the inside out. I believe sustainable prosperity and wealth reflects far more than external achievement alone. Success is living in authentic alignment with our core values.
