As an Intuitive Business Strategist, my approach to business and leadership is rooted in the understanding that success and prosperity reflect far more than strategy alone. They reflect our consciousness, relationships, communication, creativity, and the way we lead our lives.
Meaningful growth calls for clarity, courage, intuition, integrity, and a willingness to evolve.Â
Sometimes what is needed is practical and strategic. Sometimes it is relational or deeply personal. And often, it is all of these together. Part of the wisdom is learning to recognize what is being called for and when.
I believe intuition is one of the greatest forms of leverage in business and leadership—not as a substitute for grounded action, but as a guide for timing, discernment, creativity, and aligned decision-making.
My work is designed to support the whole person behind the business, the vision, or the leadership role. Because the way we communicate, relate, organize, lead, create, and care for ourselves all influence what becomes possible in our work.

My Professional Background
I’ve spent more than three decades supporting entrepreneurs, leaders, and women through seasons of growth, reinvention, leadership, and transition. And, I’ve been a successful entrepreneur in the wellness and personal growth field since graduating from college.
Over the years, I have worked as a service professional, business educator, consultant, retreat facilitator, curriculum developer, and mentor, supporting individuals, couples, and organizations in bringing meaningful ideas into form.
My professional experience includes serving as a past Director of the Women’s Business Center in Northern California, a business faculty member at College of the Siskiyous, a co-founder and president of the Center for Transformational Leadership, and an adviser to business and economic development programs focused on entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and online learning.
In 2019, I developed The Business Soul Map™ Framework, a holistic approach and visual guide to business growth that integrates practical strategy, personal alignment, creativity, and authentic marketing.
Alongside my professional work, I have spent decades studying and practicing modalities related to embodiment, healing, spiritual growth, communication, and human potential. My work today reflects the integration of these worlds, supporting people not only in what they create, but in who they are becoming through the process.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that meaningful success is built from the inside out. I believe sustainable prosperity reflects far more than external achievement alone. It is shaped by our clarity, relationships, and the way we choose to lead our lives.
