Mt. Shasta Immersion Retreat
Is the Mountain Calling You?
We invite you to visit this sacred, healing land and commune with its pristine wilderness blessed over many centuries of stewardship by indigenous tribes.
We call our mountain community, "Where heaven and earth meet."
Just being in the exquisite beauty of nature and the high-frequency spiritual energies of Mt. Shasta awakens and transforms your energetic signature. People who've spent time in the midst of this mountain's presence often report heightened intuition, deeper sleep, vivid dreams, and a distinctive lightness of being they've never experienced before. During your stay, you'll find yourself graciously opening to an embodied, ancient connection with your Soul.
Mt. Shasta is Beautiful All Year Around.
Springtime brings new potential.
Receiving the blessings of winter's abundant moisture, the pristine beauty of plants and trees glows with aliveness before your eyes. Watch the flowers blossom with vibrant color. Waterfalls and creeks are gushing. The lake is full.
You can play in the snow in higher elevations or walk on moist soil in the forests.
Symbolically, this is a beautiful time for new beginnings, initiations, planting seeds of potential, spiritual awakening, and visioning.
Summer invites expansion.
Shasta is known around the world for its meadows, wildflowers, and alpine lakes for freshwater swimming. The hiking is exceptional. Long nights, outdoor musical concerts, farmers' markets, and adventures in the sunshine.
Symbolically, this is a joyful time to soak in the sun and shine your inner light. You may want to celebrate your aliveness and nurture your health. This is a grand time to welcome your fertile nature and bring your visions to life.
Autumn encourages gratitude.
As the leaves turn vibrant colors, you may find the places within yourself that are ready to release and shed the old. The nights begin getting cooler, and the land welcomes rain. This is an ideal time for a ceremony by the fire with a warm cup of tea.
Symbolically, fall invites harvest, a gathering of your energies while you let go of what no longer serves you. Powerful practices of release and opening to profound levels of silence and contemplation come with immersion in this season.
Winter is magical and inward.
It's a time to get cozy by the fire, to journal and contemplate with your heart, and open to the soul-nourishing presence of stillness. You may enjoy winter photography, snowshoeing, cross-country or downhill skiing, taking a walk in town or near the lake, and savoring delicious, warm meals as you rest deeply.
Symbolically, winter is a time of reflection and completing creative projects. A time to reflect upon and anchor gratitude for the unfolding of the past year, and open wide to receive inspiration and a renewed vision for the coming year.

We gratefully acknowledge that the lands of Mt. Shasta and Siskiyou County are the ancestral homelands of Indigenous peoples who have lived in relationship with this region for thousands of years, including the Shasta Indian Nation, Winnemem Wintu Tribe, Karuk Tribe, Modoc Nation, Klamath Tribes, and the Quartz Valley Indian Community. These mountains, rivers, forests, and meadows have long been places of prayer, ceremony, stewardship, and spiritual connection. As we gather here, we do so with humility, respect, and gratitude for the original caretakers of this land and for the enduring wisdom, resilience, and cultural traditions that continue through Indigenous communities today.
