Hour 1: Remembering & GroundingÂ
For the first hour, you’ll step into a safe space in sisterhood to feel, center, and enliven your senses. Through guided inquiry, heartfelt conversation, and embodiment practices, we will explore your own path of pleasure and sensuality. This is a ritual of opening—gracefully tuning to your sacral and solar plexus areas that pulse with life, creativity, and personal power. Together, we’ll practice the delicate art of receiving to help you fully ground on your path, in your body, and align with your brilliant awakening.
Hour 2: Visioning &Â Full Bloom
In the second hour, we attune to your radiance and unique light. You’ll touch the subtle and become more receptive to your intuitive nature, allowing our collective field to serve as a catalyst and an activation. We’ll celebrate the creative energy of summer and work with feminine frequencies to invite new levels of awareness, revelation, and spiritual abilities. Whether you feel new psychic gifts emerging or are ready to activate a deeper remembering of your mission here on Earth, this space will support you to confidently shine from within.
