Connect with Nature and Your True Nature
Connecting with Earth’s Energies
My relationship with nature has always been deeply personal and spiritually nourishing.
I am nature. We are all nature. It's not separate from us, but us.
From the days of my childhood, when I built forts in the forests, sang with the trees, and imagined conversations with fairies, nature was my home.
I walked barefoot no matter the season! I loved looking into the star-lit night sky and disappearing into the beauty and mystery of caterpillars, worms, and butterflies.
In my academic and professional work with eco-agriculture, permaculture, and sustainable communities, the Earth has been a constant source of peace, aliveness, and inspiration.
During my college years, I immersed myself in studies of eco-agriculture and permaculture, envisioning a world where human habitats could coexist seamlessly with nature, as nature.
I lived in a tent for 6 months at U.C. Santa Cruz, participating in an experiential farm and garden program. I worked on a CSA (community-supported agriculture) farm and provided food to over 20 families through a subscription model.
It was hard work, and I loved it.
This passion didn’t wane after graduation; it propelled me into a decade of service working alongside indigenous peoples and the plants of the Amazon Rainforest. Here, I learned not just about the flora but also about the profound wisdom of those who lived in harmony with their environment.

I immersed myself in herbal and bio-energetic botanicas. Educating practitioners and people of all ages that wild foods can cleanse, nourish, and balance.
Herbalism and holistic health were my passions for over a decade, and they blended well with my massage and energy healing practice, bringing people home to their true nature.
Living in Mt. Shasta since 1998 has further deepened my communion with nature.
This sacred mountain, known for its spiritual significance, has been a place of continuous transformation and connection.
Here, I climb hills, get wet by the waterfalls, swim in alpine lakes, and frolic in the sacred spaces in high elevations.
I also have the pleasure of guiding both private and group retreats into the wild—the wild within themselves, and in this backdrop of spectacular, mystical beauty.

These experiences are not just excursions; they are spiritual pilgrimages that enhance our connection to the Earth and, consequently, to ourselves.
I believe that as we connect with the consciousness of Earth—often referred to as Gaia or Mother Earth—we tap into a magic carpet ride of higher frequencies that elevate our understanding of Oneness.
This connection is not only about enjoyment; it’s a profound engagement with the planet that enhances our sensory experiences and deepens our soul’s evolution.
For those seeking to strengthen their bond with nature, start by engaging with your local environment.
Whether it’s hiking in nearby parks, gardening, or simply spending time outdoors, each activity can help you tune into the natural world.
Listen to the wind, feel the soil, smell new growth, observe the wildlife—each element offers insights and a reminder of our place within the larger web of life.
This is an invitation to celebrate the power of being one with nature.
