On average, members spend about 2 hours per week. (in a group session, a private session, with resources, or on our online community portal.)
Depending on your schedule and needs, you may spend more time with the on-demand videos, the audio Energy Tune-Ups, the eBook, and the writing prompts.
You may also choose to meet with circle members for collaboration, referral sourcing, and peer feedback.
Much like a buffet, you take what you want and what you can digest.
