Hour 1: Remembering & Grounding

For the first hour, you’ll move through a guided review of the year with expressive writing, journal prompts, and small-group sharing. This is a ritual of remembering—honoring the blessings, the challenges, and the thresholds you crossed. We’ll use creativity, reflection, and gentle nervous-system regulation techniques to help you feel grounded, clear, and safe to see the truth of your growth.

Hour 2: Visioning & Calibration

In the second hour, we attune to your becoming. You’ll access intuition and inner guidance, choose your yearly theme, and explore simple manifestation practices to set an energetic course for 2026. We’ll work with visioning, embodiment, and intentional calibration across all areas of life—personal, spiritual, relational, and professional.
