Creating and Deepening Safety in an Intimate Relationship

You deserve to feel safe. In love, in your body, and in the messy, magical territory of human connection. The quality of your relationships often comes down to one thing: Do you feel safe to be your full self?

In this honest and heartful workshop with Gavin & Joy Taylor, we’ll explore building and deepening emotional and relational safety as the foundation for true intimacy. When we feel safe—physically, emotionally, and energetically—our nervous systems settle, trust can grow, and deeper intimacy becomes possible.

In this 90 minute (approx.) workshop, you'll learn too:

  • Attachment Patterns & Safety: How attachment patterns shape our responses to closeness, and the role of co-regulation in relational safety.

  • Conscious Agreements: Healthy agreements around monogamy and sexuality, and communication practices that foster truth and transparency.

  • Core Needs: The four core human needs in relationships: safety, risk, independence, and belonging.

  • The Three Entities: Finding balance with the three entities in intimacy—you, me, and we.

You will receive an email with a link to the replay, a comprehensive summary, a PDF of the key takeaways and journal prompts, and Workshop Slides PDFs for download.

This is an invitation to come home to yourself and create the kind of connection where both you and your partner can exhale. Safety doesn’t mean playing small. It means being held where you can be fully seen and heard.
