Sacred Sexuality: Awakening the Senses that Heal the Body & Bless the Heart
In this session, we explore a grounded, heart-centered approach to physical intimacy—one where touch and sensuality become nourishment, play, and a natural way to share our most alive energies. Lovemaking is genuinely healing when we learn the art of slowing down, gently letting go of patterns of performing, opening to curiosity, and inviting sensual pleasure to be a positive force in our lives.
Granting permission for our naturally erotic natures to flow together activates a nourishing alchemy: a way of giving and receiving subtle energies and presence that softens old tensions and helps us bond more deeply.
