The Lover. This is the part of you that feels deeply, that is moved by beauty, that longs for connection, and that knows how to give and receive the visceral presence of love. It is not limited to romance. It is a way of being with life itself.
In this month’s The Real Us workshop, we’ll explore what it means to embody the archetypal presence of the Lover within you in a grounded, mature, and integrated way.
Together, we will discover:
- The healthy expression of the Lover and how it creates depth, intimacy, and vitality
- The shadows of the Lover, including over-attachment, idealization, and emotional dependency
- The dance between the Lover and the Protector, and when each arises
- The role of the body, presence, and attunement in creating deeper levels of intimacy
