This session invites you to assess the energetic landscape of your relationships, set intentions for a new level of intimate connection, and step into the courageous vulnerability that allows love to become both healing and awakening.
We explore real ways to build relationships where you feel safe enough to let your guard down and strong enough to show up as your authentic self. This session reminds us that we don’t have to navigate life alone.

- Setting intentions for up-leveling your “relationship field of awareness.”
- Assessing whether current relationships nourish or drain your energy
