Refund Policy

Cancel on or before June 15 for a full refund minus $100 booking fee. If you cancel after Aug 15, there is no refund unless we fill your spot. If we fill your spot, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 booking fee. (We will do our best to fill your spot.)

All participants receive a full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen conditions. Please note weather conditions in Mt Shasta are unpredictable in late September. If raining, we will meet indoors and go for shorter excursions. Bring an umbrella, and we’ll have fun in the rain. If there is smoke or other natural environmental hazards in the area, we will change the event to a live, online Zoom and return $150.
