Refund Policy
Cancel in writing via email on or before May 20 for a full refund minus $150 booking fee. If you cancel after May 20, there is no refund unless we fill your spot. If we fill your spot, you will receive a full refund minus the $150 booking fee. (We will do our best to fill your spot.)

All participants receive a full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen conditions. If there is smoke or other natural environmental hazards in the area, we will change the event to a live, online Zoom and refund you $150.
